Hayley Williams brought her solo tour to The Wiltern in Los Angeles on May 12, giving fans a set focused on her own material rather than Paramore songs.
During the Los Angeles stop of Hayley Williams ‘ Bachelorette Party tour, the singer leaned into music from Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party, her third solo album. The show opened with a spoken “ego death” moment that helped set the tone for a performance centered on identity, release, and personal change.
Williams also revisited earlier solo work, including songs from Petals for Armor and Flowers for Vases, two albums that helped establish her voice outside of Paramore. One of the night’s notable moments came when Jack Antonoff joined her onstage for a surprise appearance.
The concert also included a cover of Nina Simone, adding a quieter, reflective point to the evening. The Wiltern date was part of the closing stretch of Williams’ North American run, marking a full-circle moment after her original solo touring plans in 2020 were canceled.
