Biography
Libby Jefferson has been in the media industry over two decades, currently working the Central and Southwest Virginia airwaves as “Lady I[nez].” She is an alum of the University of Virginia and during her undergraduate years, was known as “Libby J” her WUVA persona. After graduation, Libby toured with an off-Broadway Christian play in Canada before returning to pursue opportunities stateside. Libby has continued to leverage her creative talents over the years in theatre, film, music, voice work and international talent development.
Libby’s had the opportunity to meet, open for, introduce and/or interview industry entertainers across all genres including gospel, R&B, hip hop, pop, rock, country, athletes, actors, managers, casting directors, choreographers, music reps and the likes.
Above all, she remains committed to serving her community, volunteering countless hours to work on local hunger relief efforts via food banks and God’s Pit Crew, the United Way and YWCA among others. She enjoys spending time with her family and organizing a great event. Libby’s infectious laugh, wit and vibrant personality, make her memorable to all that she encounters.
